About Your Coach
Brandi Smith is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, Registered Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Specialist. She created the Menopause Body Reset to give women the hormone-smart tools and community they need to thrive through this transition, not just survive it.
